Lindsi McAlister, MSN, ACNP-BC. is a highly trained and experienced nurse practitioner. For the last 15 years, she has been a trusted colleague in her capacity as a nurse in critical care and a nurse practitioner caring for the full range of surgical patients.
Then her passion for aesthetic care led her to become and expert in aesthetics and skin care. With this background and with an gift for creating natural and beautiful enhancement of the face, Lindsi is unique in the aesthetic space. We are fortunate to be able to bring her to you!
Over the last 15 years, Matt and Dan Rontal have followed in the footsteps of their father and their uncle as expert and caring ENT surgeons in the suburban Detroit area.
They completed residency training at the University of Michigan and have taken a particular interest in the treatment of ENT concerns as well as reconstructive and aesthetic surgery of the face.
They have distinguished themselves in this work and have lectured locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally. Dr. Matt Rontal has lectured and performed reconstructive facial and throat surgery in Mexico, Europe, the Philippines, Central Asia, and Africa.

Had a Botox party at Avenue 1 Aesthetics and it was a great! Lindsi took her time with us and everyone was very happy with their Botox. They had snacks and drinks and gift bags for us. Highly recommend!
Lindsi over at Avenue 1 has been treating me for laser hair removal. She has been absolutely wonderful to work with, makes you feel extremely comfortable, and educates you on the procedures you are having done. I have had this done on various parts of my body and am beyond pleased with results up to this point. After only 3 treatments, I can honestly say 75% of my hair is gone! I credit 100% of this success to Lindsi being professional and thorough during these procedures. I would highly recommend this procedure and Avenue 1 Aesthetics Med Spa.
Lindsi is absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable and talked me through everything that she was doing and what she thought of my skin. She let me know what her recommendations were on treatments for my skin and we worked together to formulate a plan i was comfortable with. She was very gentle with each treatment. I highly recommend her.
Lindsi did my Botox. It looks amazing. My lines are smooth but my expressions are still intact. No more “11’s” when I furrow my brow and I don’t look as angry. No one can even tell I had it done! Thank you so much!!

I really feel comfortable going to Lindsi. She listens to what I want to work on. She suggests options and she never pushes. She did a fantastic job on Botox. It’s just the right amount so I didn’t bruise at all and still look like me. I really love Morpheus which is microneedling. It really improved my fine lines and tightness. I would go back.
